10.0The owners actually contacted us to say that they had a temporary problem with heating so upgrades us to a house they managed. It was very comfortable and their communication and care was exceptional. Thank you so much. Armidale was very cold that night being mid winter and we appreciated them rearranging so we were warm with no extra cost for us

I travelled alone for work and this accommodation was satisfactory for one night
7.0Nice carpet, ok heating, bed comfortable, shower hot with excellent pressure, quiet location, good TV. Manager was very helpful and pleasant to deal with, he kept me updated via text which gave me peace of mind. Due to something not satisfactory (to them) with the unit the Manager decided to upgrade me from a unit to a town house. This review is for the town house.
− Was very surprised that there was no complimentary coffee, tea or milk provided. This meant i had to locate a supermarket in the cold and rain to purchase items. Note i was upgraded from a unit to a house and maybe the house was advertised as you had to provide your own items but i was not informed of this. Bathroom had used soap only, cobwebs in corners, hair in shower corners, kitchen had very well used washing sponge and scourers. Cracks in walls and ceilings, bench tops tacked down with tack heads exposed. Cupboard doors showing weathering and age. Could not connect to internet via code issued.
Great value for an overnight stay.
9.0Great value. The room was very small, which was clearly stated in the description, but it was perfect for an overnight stay for one person. It’s not far to drive into town. There are a number of restaurants next to the apartments but, as I was there on a Monday, most were closed. The shower was good, although the hot water took a long time to come through.
− No powerpoint next to the bed. Not really anywhere to put a bag. I put mine on the floor in front of the door.
