Overall a pleasant experience
9.0Great location. Rooms were well designed and functional. Plenty of amenities, all of them functioned well. Staff was very helpful.
− AC was a little too loud. In the cookware section they should include some small frying pans and sauce pans, the ones provided were full size, heavy and too big for light cooking.

− the smell of the room toilet/bathroom is not maintained well bathroom is small, there is no electric socket for hairdryer in the bathroom lobby is messy, the corridors are dark and feels damp no bottled water is given, only a water filter that we are supposed to fill with tap water aircon was loud

10.0I have stayed before in this Hotel, so i like it. I will be abck again later.
− Luggage Table, they look like picnic chair but good for luggage. I have regular size luggage and usually the space created for luggage is to small for me case if there is any at all. I had to put two chairs together for my suitcase, i do not like my suitcase on the floor. This is never going to be a show stopper, only a suggestion.
