− この宿泊施設は、⬛廃業⬛ 今は、月別の賃貸になったとのこと🌑 色々あって、20時過ぎに別のホテルをbooking.comで予約した🖤 疲れていたので😞、タクシー🚕で🖤24.4chf余分な出費🖤 LX161.で到着18:00.✈️入国審査18:50.🎊チケット４種を購入19:50.🎉 20:00.チェックイン予定が20:20.到着👣👣 0階の店主さん、住人の方の助言・援助が嬉しかった💓

− Das ich informiert werde wenn das gasthaus 210 geschlossen hat. Ich wurde nur informiert das ich Stornieren kann. Habe den vollen Preis bezahlt, dafür standen wir vor geschlossenen Türen, und ich musste ei neues Quartier suchen. Was können wir machen, Rückerstattung. Habe mehrmals versucht sie zu kontaktieren, fehlanzeige.

1.0Nothing, as on our arrival to the property we were informed by the store owner under the building that it shut down 2 months previously. What a way to start our booking.com journey, as we have accomodation booked for the next 17days at 7 properties. It was very disappointing & extremely stressful. Vince from Booking.com customer support was terrific once we worked out how to talk to a person. We actually booked a property across the road which also turned upside down, when we self checked in. With 2 rooms booked, confirmed and paid for, we only received 1 key for 1 room. After trying to contact the property for over an hour, we got through to Vince who got us back on track.
− Everything. A disaster really. We hadn’t just booked for ourselves but another couple. Then the 2nd disaster at Swiss Star across the road and a AUS $70 taxi to our final hotel, which also cost €50 each more than the original booking.
