9.0− There was a bell to alert staff that there was someone at the reception desk, but no one appeared when we rang it (Several times) - we had to go looking for someone. No no apology given for this.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!
8.0The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was excellent and served in a lovely dining room.
− We arrived in the middle of the heat wave in June. There was no air conditioning, but they thankfullly provided a fan. The room was very warm, but we were tired from travelling and managed to get a good night's sleep.
