8.0The staff were amazing & the manager was so accomadting & friendly The fridge in our room wasnt working properly & he replaced it straight away I would stay here again as its been our second stay its easy walking distance to the rsl is around the corner not even a 5 mintue walk , straddie ferry is only down the road probably a 5 min walk We walked into the business centre took us maybe 15 mintues The location was really good the Grand Hotel was about a 5 mintue walk same with the lawn bowls club
− I think they need to put a toasters, iron , ironing boards & microwaves in the rooms not just have 1 iron, toaster, ironing board & microwave in the laundry room bc its very inconvient bc the appliances where very dusty & the microwaves werent very clean & the only thing i have to say about the room is more about the window vent in the bathroom needs to be cleaned they were pretty dusty to the point i cleaned it & i couldnt workout how to use the ac & what i mean by that it got very hot and i tried to turn it down & it kept turning itself off
