10.0From the moment I booked our stay at Palazzo Veneziano, the service was nothing short of incredible. The concierge team went above and beyond every step of the way helping us organize gondola rides, kindly rescheduling when the weather turned rainy, and even managing to secure us a reservation at Gio’s, which was completely booked online. A special mention to Omar, whose professionalism, and attention to detail made our trip truly unforgettable. I can confidently say this was hands down the best concierge and hotel experience I’ve ever had. The hotel itself is idyllic a perfect blend of modern luxury and timeless Venetian charm. The courtyard has a beautiful Middle Eastern touch, creating a serene and elegant atmosphere, while the rooms are spacious, contemporary, and immaculately maintained. We absolutely loved our trip to Venice, and Palazzo Veneziano played a huge part in making it so memorable. I can’t recommend it highly enough!
