1.0Only the location
− 1. There were bed bugs! We found them on the 2nd day and we had to change hotels. We contacted them since noone was on site (never) and we told them that we could check out as soon as we found another room. They applied insecticide in the room without telling us , before we had the chanc to pack our luggage and when we entered the room it was full of fog and we were coughing. We took our staff and ran outside. We have an allergic reaction. 2. There was no staff on site ever, just a cleaning lady in the morning. 3. The breakfast was self service and self cooking without us knowing before we made the reservation and most dishes and cups were usually dirty in the kitchen. 4. The appliances and furniture were not vintage, just old and in bad condition 5. The heating was not working 6. There were security issues in the entrance, no glass in the entrance window and the main entrance key was under a pot.

6.0Zentrale Lage, Self service Frühstück, alles sehr sauber.
− Frühstück an einem Morgen "abgefrühstückt", d.h. kein Brot mehr da, Espresso-Kapseln weg, nur noch koffeinfrei. Kühlschrank weitgehend leer. Auf Reklamation sofort korrigiert. Zugangsmodalitäten kompliziert, digitaler Schlüssel für die Haustüre defekt, Schlüssel aber unter dem Blumentopf. Der Hausschlüssel an unserem Zimmerschlüssel hat nicht gepasst. Das Code-Schloss zum eigentlichen Hotel, weil abgegriffene Beschriftung, schwer zu bedienen.

Bellissimo posto nel cuore del centro con un coccoloso buffet!
10.0Posizione strepitosa. La colazione abbondante e a disposizione 24/7 anche se io non ne ho usufruito dopo essere uscito al mattino
− Per andare oltre all'eccezionale qualche torta nel buffet avrebbe messo la ciliegina finale
