8.0The hotel is geared up for the ski season and a lot of the advertised facilities were not available in June. The restaurant was not open and there was nowhere else to eat nearby. A very helpful Albanian builder was the only person on site when we arrived and got in touch with the owner to get the key to our room.

Winter hotel, not good for the summer
4.0The Hotel seams ok for winter stay accommodat only. Not all the facilities were warking in Summer. There is no air-condition. The spa was closed, the tavern was closed. Nothing was mentioned during the time i made the reservation. (Done in a phonecall with Expedia representative) we came 4 families ( 6 rooms) and couldn't take a shower since there was not enough hot water flow in the tabs and shower. Not that there are no floor tiles, but floor made of stones (can't walk barefoot.) During the reservation and in the confrermation, noting was mantion and it was a total Surprise and dissaponiting. We wanted to live the hotel, and the hotel manager insist to charge us for the second day. only with the good help of Expedia representative we were able to live.
