− The room was filthy, housekeeping never stopped by, could hear the owner yelling at staff and customers alike. Took lots of pics of the room so that we would have evidence that we did not cause damages. They also demanded $300.00 in cash and charges $351.00 to my husband's credit card for "incidentals" and they kept $100.00 dollars cash (the housekeeping staff stated they had to keep something or they'd get yelled at and blamed by the owner).

Scary.
1.0Price on a Saturday night in the Bay Area Peak Season. There as a Target in walking distance.
− Everything. The TV didn’t work. The internet was sketchy at best. Intermittent. The staff was surly. The property not maintained. Even the toilet didn’t have a lid and no amenities like Kleenex provided. One small soap bar was there.
