A 4-star stay in a 4-star hotel
8.0Overall it was a nice experience. The Hotel offers good value for money with big, cosy and clean rooms, many different pools, playroom and park for the youngest and really good breakfast and dinner options in the Hotel restaurant. The beach is literally in front of the hotel which is cool. The only issues we had was that there are only 2 elevators due to which the wait is long and they are almost always crowded. When you need to change floors while carrying a lot of things (such as when checking in or checking out, bringing all your bags) it's a real challenge to find and elevator with enough room. The other issue was with the Sky Restaurant on the 10th floor. We had a 10% voucher given to us on reception which we showed to the waiter upon our arrival, and he noted it. During our lunch there was a change of staff and the other waiter gave us a check with full price, and after our complaint he did nothing and we had to pay full price. Also, they charged us for some starters which they just brought to our table without us ordering it and even withouth asking if we wanted it, so naturally we thought it's a welcome bite, so it felt weird that it was charged - a bit pathetic to give something to someone and then charge it.
