We are used to stay at Dusit Princess so we like to try something new. And we will not come back.
4.0The breakfest was very good
− The hotel has no swimmingpool, and restaurant, so we has to order Pizza from outside. The room has no good chair and table so we had to put the Pizza beside the TV. There was no curtain in the shower. After shower the wc was all vet. People in other room moved the table and chairs from outside and that was to heavy so they drag it very noisy on the floor.

− No full toiletries.. no tooth paste tooth brush.. the price is quite higher than what we can see for the hotel star rating .
Overall we are very satisfied with Siva Royal hotel.
9.0The reception staff is very helpful and can communicate in English. She helped us to look for car workshop and car rental service when we were facing car problem.
