4.0ยังไม่มีอะไรประทับใจ แอร์ปรับได้ไม่เกิน 23 องศา แต่ที่ห้องค่อนข้างร้อนมาก
− อาหารเช้ามีให้2 ชุด ทั้งที่เราเข้าพักกัน 4 คน (ผู้ใหญ่ 2 เด็ก 2) ทางที่พักแจ้งว่าการจองเป็นแบบสำหรับ 2 ท่าน แต่จริงๆแล้วเราจองไป 4 ท่าน และทางเพจ booking ก็แจ้งแล้วว่าราคาทั้งหมดรวมเด็กๆแล้ว ทางที่พักแจ้งว่าต้องชำระค่าอาหารเพิ่ม ทำให้รู้สึกไม่ค่อยประทับใจ แม้ว่าภายหลังจะมีแซนด์วิชสำหรับเด็กเพิ่มมาให้อีก 1 ชุด และข้าวต้มถ้วยเล็ก 2 ถ้วย คุณภาพอาหารเช้ายังไม่ค่อยดี ข้าวต้มรสชาติจืดมาก เบคอนเค็มจัด และไข่ดาวเสิร์ฟมาแบบเย็นชืด ส่วนทำเลที่ตั้งก็ไม่ได้มีวิวหรือบรรยากาศโดดเด่นอะไร น้ำในห้องมีสีขุ่นค่อนข้างมาก และแม้จะมีอ่างจากุซซีให้ใช้งาน แต่พอเปิดน้ำกลับมีเศษสนิมจากก๊อกน้ำหลุดออกมาปะปนตลอดเวลา ทำให้ไม่กล้าใช้งานและรู้สึกไม่สะอาดเท่าที่ควร

− เวลาที่เดินจะสะเทือนทั้งบ้าน มีงูเขียวเข้ามาในบ้านเลื้อยเข้าไปใต้อ่างล้างจานมาจากทางอ่างแช่ตัวนอกบ้าน
