10.0J'ai particulièrement apprécié la qualité du service, ainsi que la gentillesse et l'accueil chaleureux de nos hôtes. Amine, Annas et Zineb ont tout mis en œuvre pour que nous nous sentions comme à la maison au sein du riad. Ils nous ont également fourni de précieux conseils, informations et recommandations qui ont grandement contribué à rendre notre séjour à Fès inoubliable. Un remerciement tout particulier à Zineb, qui a proposée nous préparer un plat traditionnel marocain que nous souhaitions absolument goûter, bien qu'il ne soit plus de saison. Ce geste nous a énormément touchés et a rendu notre expérience encore plus mémorable.

10.0The manager, Amin, was very accommodating. And the day time staff, Zaniab and Anis, were friendly and helpful. They made extra efforts to ensure that we had what we needed and were well taken care of. The service here is excellent! And the location was good - close to the Medina but not in it, so it was much quieter.

10.0We had a fantastic stay! Zeynep was an amazing host—always available, very service-oriented, yet respectful of our privacy. She made us feel truly welcome. A special thanks to Amin for the outstanding breakfast. He was very attentive, accommodated all our wishes, and served delicious Moroccan tea, fresh orange juice, and lovely local specialties every morning. A wonderful experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!
