1.0− We traveled as a group of five, including both elderly family members and a child. The hotel initially assigned us a ground-floor room, and when we requested a change, the front desk informed us that the hotel was fully booked. However, during our stay it was clear that many rooms upstairs were actually unoccupied. Another major disappointment was the lack of complimentary Wi-Fi, which is something we now expect as a basic service in most hotels. Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations, especially considering the needs of a family group.
