Small hotel with a rodent problem
2.0We checked in around 11PM and it was quite fast. The little cafe on the side was quite cluttered and there seemed to be people hanging about. It was fine. Got up to our room and we were pretty shocked. The pictures online make them look a lot bigger than they are in person. We dealt with it. Went outside and noticed a couple of rats (which is fine being in a city) what we did not expect is the rats to be scurrying in the walls and ceilings which sounded like they were coming through. We told the staff and a member of the hotel staff heard and proceeded to bang on the room wall and say “there you go all gone” we had to sleep with the light on from that point. It was difficult with the language barrier at first (which is fine) but we knew we could not stay there and left the next day. Given their dues, they did agree to refund 2 night stays and they couldn’t put us in another room as it was full.

2.0The location of the hotel is amazing, but the rooms are terrible and noisy. The price for the rooms are not worth it and tbe photos do not represent the actual room itself.

2.0They don't have any facility for brkfst,lunch n dinner.they don't have fridge either.its too hot in mumbai n they dont even have mini fridge inside the room...n they even dont have a pot to heat a water n make a coffee...it was horrible to stay...

4.0How does this hotel rate 3.5 stars and the adjacent Lord's Hotel only 3? I couldn't face staying any longer after the first of three nights and checked out, losing the money I had prepaid. Next door is a much better hotel. The list of amenities for AK says they have a restaurant (they don't) and English breakfast is available for a surcharge (when I enquired they offered only to get takeaway from a nearby Indian restaurant). The room was basic to say the least. Definitely not recommended in an area where there is plenty of choice.
