10.0I liked the pool being available. The staff were friendly. Clean hotel room. Everything was very nice.
− It was so hot in the pool area the windows were open and no ac. Very hot in texas summer. For those sitting outside the pool it was very uncomfortable. My daughter just had surgery and she couldn't get in the pool at all unfortunately.
We will use this facility again

− We were in town for a high school graduation and all the hotels in town were full and crowded. The staff was up to the challenge and very friendly

If you have to stay in Pampa, this is probably one of the best hotels. However, it is way overpriced

− Not much of a breakfast. The room was just a room to stay in, nothing special. It was overpriced for what you get.

5.0− They said I only had one room booked with two Queen beds. Online I booked for 1 room with a king bed and another room with 2 queen beds. I still waiting to see if I am going to be charged for both rooms. I also paid a pet fee online and they said I did not pay it and I had to pay one when I was there.
