10.0I experienced the essence of gastronomy here in this hotel. Plus, the onsen water was really good. The room was also well designed. everything was very good.
Amazing Ryokan Experience
10.0Absolutely amazing stay at this Ryokan. We stayed one night as part of a 3-week Japan trip and it felt like a holiday within a holiday. Everything impeccable, friendly service and fantastic comfort. The meals were out of this world good, our room had a private Onsen which was amazing, but there's also an outdoor Onsen which you can enjoy at pretty much any time. Lovely stay!

10.0溫泉酒店的職員服務非常親切專業 酒店房間及設備新而且乾淨 而且別棟悠佳亭不招待兒童 所以非常安靜 露天溫泉座園設計優雅 另亦有免費私人風呂可使用 全部在入住時間內都可使用 因防疫限制溫泉使用人數 用平板電腦可實時見到各溫泉使用人數 不會白行一趟
態度和善 服務貼心
10.0交通：由於我們是包車旅遊，到酒店的時候司機和車子會離開，酒店職員立即安排膳食及安排時間接載我們準時到達觀賞煙花的地點，很貼心。翌日早餐後，職員亦詢問是否需要接載我們到什麼地方，感覺有賓至如歸。 食物：精緻好味，非常棒 服務：朋友把手鏈遺留在溫泉的locker內，我第二天email酒店，他們立即把手鏈寄到我們在大阪的酒店，服務快捷迅速有禮，非常感謝！
