10.0The personnel is amazing! The restaurant serves the best food in whole Tulum!! In the night you can see turtles on the beach.

4.0Las vistas en O'Tulum son hermosas, el hotel en general es lindo y Nuria es muy amable
− Hace falta mantenimiento y detalles, las instalaciones están bastante deterioradas, el piso de la habitación estaba muy sucio y olía a humedad, no cuenta con servicio de restaurante o al menos no abrió ninguno de los dos dias que estuvimos ahí, no hay personal por ninguna parte y habia gente trabajando, el aire no funcionaba aunque le dieron solución al sía siguiente

5.0Gut gefallen hat uns lediglich, dass man direkt vom Hotelzimmer aus Zugang zum Pool hatte und zusätzlich direkt im großen Pool schwimmen konnte. Das war der einzige positive Punkt unseres Aufenthalts.
− Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass die gesamte Anlage sehr veraltet wirkte und vieles nicht gepflegt wurde. Das betraf unter anderem die Liegen am Strand, die Fliesen im Zimmer, Fenster und Türen sowie die Gehwege. Insgesamt machte das Hotel leider keinen gut instand gehaltenen Eindruck.
