Great value! The rooms are super comfortable - comfy soft bed, black out curtains, hangers and counter space, warm shower, and housekeeping service with waters every day. The patio with the hammock is also a nice place to relax. We rented a scooter from the hotel as well which was super convenient. 7-11 and two ATMs are close by (only 1 worked) and the beach is less than 10 minutes away.

− The Main Street of Koh Lanta doesn’t have much character or energy, but Long Beach is more lively and full of options.

I stayed here for 6 nights and it was amazing. The room is very clean (cleaned every day!) and the bed really comfy (one of the most comfy ones I had on my trip). Of course it is nothing special and does not really give you „resort“ vibes, but considering the low price it is amazing. The small patio is super cute and you can really relax in your hammock. They also provide free beach towels. What really stands out is the owner family! It’s a family business and the family lives close by. They were amazing. Very supportive and always making sure you are having a good time. Just a cute small example: I rented an e-bike at another place. (The family als does rent scooters, support them if you want a scooter and rent it very cheap with them :)) and the father gave me a small towel so that my bike seat it not too hot :) they are really attentive and caring! I am sure if you are having any serious problems (e.g. need for medical help) they would support as much as they can to get the help you need. Location: great location!!! It’s on the „busy“ road, but the rooms and the patio are to the other side and thus very relaxed. 7eleven is just around the corner, many good restaurants right at the street. Long Beach (which is an amazing beach !) is just 7-10 minutes walk away.

Sehr sauber und freundliches Personal. Es war ruhig in der Nacht und alles war fußläufig erreichbar. Kaffee und Tee kostenlos in der früh.

− Die Terassenmöbel sind sehr unbequem; es gibt keine Mosquitonetze und im Bad kommen sie durch kleine Ritzen ins Zimmer.

Everything was great! The rooms are nice, spacious, and are cleaned every day. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are more than ok. You get towels, soap, hairdryer, a fridge, bottled water, slippers, a safe, AC, WiFi... pretty much everything you need. Don't expect luxury, expect simplicity with everything you need to make it a comfortable stay. The outside part with the chairs and hammock is perfect for the morning coffee or for relaxing in the afternoon. It's super close to the beach, to some restaurants and to 7-11.

− The doors had some small open spaces even when closed, so I thought some bugs could go in through them. However over 5 days I only found 4-5 mosquitos in my room, less than I expected. Still, I feel like it could be fixed. You should be aware is that it's a calm resort in a calm area of the island. If you're looking for lively areas and parties this area won't be your vibe. But for me it was perfect as I was just looking for relax.

Lo resolutivos y amables que fueron con nosotros, nos gestionaron el alquiler del vehiculo (moto) al llegar, la excursión y el traslado a nuestro siguiente destino, además tienen servicio de lavanderia. Las istalaciones están muy cuidadas y son muy tranquilas, se nota que es gestionado y cuidado por los propietarios.

− Que no tuviese desayuno. Pero sí tienen servicio de café gratis de 6.00h a 10.00h que es un detalle a valorar mucho.

Our favourite room in Thailand so far! Wide, comfy bed. Hot water. The cleaners came in everyday and gave us bottles of water. Friendly staff. Motorbike rental. Discount on boat trip. Even though it was on the main road the rooms were behind, so couldn’t hear the noise. 2 minutes walk from 7-11. Free beach towels.

− The balcony/patio area outside the room got no air so was very hot. The shower in our room was on a wierd angle so you had to hold it.
