− Check in is 3pm. I already requested check in between 3-4pm and this was accepted by message from Fabrika.. I arrived early and was told the room would be ready by 2pm. I went out to explore and got back at 5.30pm. I was then told my room wouldn’t be ready until 6pm. I had a short stay as I was leaving at 4am the next day. And I was going out that evening at 6.30pm. No time to enjoy my room at all. How can check-in suddenly move to three hours later? Also, I requested shower gel as stated on the booking.con notes - there wasn’t any available. I had to make do with shampoo. Finally, I had a heavy case. On leaving, I asked if the lift would take me to ground level. I was told no. I asked if I could use the small lift for wheelchairs to take my case down. I was told no. Not very client-friendly
