10.0Дуже люблю цей готель і зупиняюся тут уже не вперше. Кожен приїзд залишає лише найприємніші враження. Особливо хочеться відзначити дівчат на ресепше-Карину, Олександру та Інну. Вони завжди неймовірно привітні, чуйні та готові допомогти з будь-яким питанням. Якщо знадобиться, щось принести в номер або підказати цікаві місця в місті — завжди допоможуть з усмішкою та увагою. Окрема подяка покоївкам. У номерах завжди ідеальна чистота, видно, що вони дуже стараються і ставляться до роботи з душею. Перебувати тут справді комфортно та приємно. Весь персонал створює атмосферу затишку та гостинності, завдяки якій хочеться повертатися знову і знову. Дякую всій команді за вашу працю! Я із задоволенням рекомендую цей готель усім і сама приїжджатиму сюди ще не раз.

− З каналізацією проблеми, води часто не має, на прохання припаркувати авто у дворі щоб знести валізи було відмовлено.
