I would have no hesitation, based on our experience, in recommending this property,
9.0This was a 3 bedroom apartment with no meal option, however the facilities available in the kitchen fully met our needs although perhaps the inclusion on a microwave may have been helpful. There was a tray of tea/coffee plus sugars, milk sachets and a few treats like chocolate, biscuits and cake. The property was clean and had all the facilities needed including bedding and towels, ample for our needs for a group of 4. Although situated on the outskirts of Speyer the town centre was a short drive away with its choice of Restaurants etc.
− The only downside and it was a very small thing, we didn't quite understand the rules regarding waste disposal and in which bin it was supposed to go. That maybe could have been made a little clearer for those of us coming from outside of Germany who are not familiar with local rules.

8.0Aussenrolläden, Bad und Gäste WC, 3 abgeschlossene Räume Die Hausmeisterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
− Ein Badezimmervorleger und Geschirrhandtuch/Lappen wären für die Zukunft gut, die automatischem Duftsprüher waren nervig, aber die haben wir weggestellt. Eine Mikrowelle wäre gut. Die Matratzen waren zum Teil sehr durchgelegen. Der Kühlschrank sollte angestellt sein, dauert sonst sehr lange, bis er kalt ist.
