10.0This has to be one of my favorite hotel stays of all time! Fantastic room and unbelievable customer service. Had a bit of an issue on my end which was accommodated by management with care and swiftness I have never experienced. Angie saved our entire weekend!

10.0Our room was very comfortable and large. The restaurant downstairs is excellent although it has limited hours. I can't review the staff because there is no visible staff. Check in is by text. The only drawback is there is NO elevator and all rooms are on the second floor.

2.0Did not stay. Wall in insulated screaming and banging innnext room. Nobody to assist no office. No reply to my text. I left withinn26 minutes of arrival. No close parking or handicapped parking no elevator steps and walking everywhere

4.0Room was freezing with no ability to adjust temperature! There’s no one here, so you get a text for entering the building and room! Paid for a partial river view which was not true! Room was clean, comfortable and located in the heart of town, but there is no amenities and no staff if you require assistance other than a number to call!
