10.0Clean, affordable and great location to beach. Right next door to Best of the West restaurant and a short walking distance to shopping and grocery store. Staff very friendly and attentive. Second stay here and will return.

6.0Run down, just a place to rest your head with no tv , fans , great view in the back. I actually booked 6 nights and only slept there once as I was bouncing around. If you are a hippie, into “camping”, and a simple easy person, this is the place for you. Beach directly across the street. You can get a room on the beach , with amenities for much less $. I’m not a pool person, but if I was I would have been disappointed and so will you. This could be a beautiful property if it was kept up and buildings need maintenance badly. *Hot Water- Yes *TV- No *Fridge- Yes *A/C in bedroom- No/Fan only *Comfy Outdoor Seating-No * Indoor Lighting Poor- bring a flash light to find your clothes in your bags lol *Mountain View- Gorgeous *Privacy and Feeling Safe- Yes *Wifi- Good *Coffee pot available

8.0It's a hotel for the locals so if you want to stay for a long time i would suggest staying else where. But for a short stay this place is perfect.
