8.0Beautiful place in a great location. Had a bit of a problem with the shower leaking all over the bathroom floor but otherwise the apartment was great.
Would neither return nor recommend.
4.0Good location
− The whole unit is in dire need of deep cleaning: Dirty floors, worn filthy furniture (armchair, sofa et ), dirty kitchen & utensils, disgusting shower-stall. Yucky freezer needs to be defrosted. Extremely loud music outside (measured at 80+ dB); music band played twice during our stay until midnight, could not stay inside, the ground-floor unit serves like the perfect amplifier. Heading for the loft-side bed we had to carefully bow through a stone arch to not bump our heads. We did not always succeed 🙁. Dangerous climb up to the loft (unsafe stairs). Hard-to-hold-on wiry railing with sharp edges (cut my palm during the first climb). Ground floor AC was cleaned by owner but remained intermittently noisy (had to be switched off at night) throughout our stay.

10.0The location is perfect –very close to the sea, in the heart of historical town with its narrow streets, cafes, restaurants. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The host were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday by the sea.

8.0Centralissimo e molto comodo per chi è in macchina perché c’è un garage ( a pagamento) a 100metri. Il monolocale ha tutto l essenziale ed è dotato di un cortiletto esterno. Dotato di 2 condizionatori nella zona notte e nella zona giorno.
− Non troppo luminoso e difficile da arieggiare.
