− Lenzuola e asciugamani dí scarsissima qualità. Ambienti sporchissimi. Sporchi con capelli e formiche. Stanze poco illuminate. In una non funzionava il condizionatore. In un’altra delle stanza era con bagno esterno e addirittura era al piano di sotto e dovrebbe essere specificato.
Staff had a bit grumpy attitude and odd customer service

− The Commons area was a bit messy and odd facilities for coffee making , cutting melon etc. There was construction noise and The staff had an unfriendly attitude for potential solutions of early checkout . They are refusing to take any responsibility for the very high construction noise inside the apartment from the neighbors , using the excuse that the construction follows city hours to justify withholding my cash payment if we wanted to checkout earlier.

2.0Der typ war unbehaglich, Ungeduldig und nicht sehr unkooperativ. Wahrscheinlich kann ich mein Geld nicht zurück verlangen weil wir zu aufgebracht waren um fotos und beweise zu sammeln. Aber jedenfalls empfehle ich dieses Hotel keinem. Das zimmer war in einem schlechten Zustand.
