6.0Vi skulle sjekke inn, men de hadde ikke rommet ledig, fikk da to rom hvor det ene var fullt av mugg på. Resepsjonisten var ganske så frekk og stod å lo av oss. Snakket på Checewa og gjorde narr av oss med de andre i resepsjonen. Alle nødutganger blir låst med hengelås, så skulle det skje en brann ja da blir du med brannen og ser ikke dagens lys igjen.

8.0This is an excellent hotel with good customer service. Comfortable rooms, courteous staff and an ambient and relaxing atmosphere. My only negative comment is that the pool is not maintained properly and I was not able to swim as it looked dirty. After I made this comment to the front desk they assured me that next time it will be clean so we will see. Otherwise this is an excellent hotel but just let down by this one area.

10.0Pleasant well set out property on outskirt of Mzuzu on main road. Good amenities and service. Very efficient staff. Much better value than Rival sunbird.
