4.0El Hotel no contaba con muchos huéspedes, sin embargo nos dieron una habitación la cual no tenia agua caliente, el baño no contaba con ventilación de ningún tipo, la puerta del baño no cerraba, el internet no servía correctamente. Poca limpieza en general.

2.0Lamentable la instalación no me querían dar la habitación reservada querían que pagará de más,no funcionó la televisión ni sistema de cable no tenía agua caliente se filtraba un olor desagradable en lo personal quedé decepcionado del lugar

6.0The staff at the moment we arrived didn’t know what to do because they didn’t know anything about the reservation. The room doesn’t have toilet paper. No hot water and is car noises all night.
