9.0The peace and calm of being in rural area but central to urban areas⁸ lots of birds nice hospitable host. As long as our dog stayed outside she was welcome. A great wind down with the smell of jasmine wafting in the windows.

Good weekend stay in a small country cottage.
7.0Excellent location - far enough into the country to enjoy the peace and quiet. Nice setting on an organic farm.
− Shower wasn't very clean - shower head was almost fully blocked up due to hard water - had to clean the shower head to be able to have an actual shower. Bathroom could do with an extract fan as is fully steams up from the shower, leaving your towel damp. No Towel rail to dry your towel - expect damp towels your entire stay unless you have good weather to hang them out side. No lights outside so if you arrive in darkness then have your phone torch at the ready , due to it being rural then it is proper dark , nice for star gazing, hard to navigate and unlock your door.

8.0Handy to where we needed to go for the weekend. Owner had left the lights on and the heater going so it was warm and cosy when we arrived at night. Quiet and private. Suited our needs.
− Took a long time for the hot water to come through. The shower head sprayed water in all directions and many of the holes were blocked-needs a clean or replacement.

10.0The hostess Bridget was kind and obliging and had made the room so comfortable and welcoming with fresh flowers and lemons and limes for your drinks. The setting was delightful.
