− Custo muito alto,e não oferece nada ... Só tem um liquidificador e um filtro elétrico. Não recomendo! A instalação precisa de uma reforma... A única coisa que foi maravilhoso é os funcionários. Não votarei mas....

− Acomodação desgastada, eletrodomésticos velhos e faltava o básico como sanduicheira, por exemplo. Chuveiro ruim, muito encostado na parede dificultando o uso.
