2.0During my stay, the front desk only activated my room key for one night, which caused problems the next day when trying to access my room and making the payments. It has now been six days since I checked out, and I am still waiting for the refund of the amount that was held at check-in. I would appreciate it if you could resolve this matter as soon as possible.
