4.0Achei aceitável, porém o café da manhã estava péssimo, zero opções, só tinha café e pão seco, nem ovo frito eles podem fazer, apenas um suco de caju péssimo e algumas fatias de abacaxi, achei o pior café que tomei em um hotel, zero opções, não vale o valor da diária que paguei.

8.0This hotel is about average for Santarem, but is great for the cost. Room is very small and compact, with inadequate closet for hanging clothes or to use for computer use. Free breakfast is the best we found, and their coffee is something to write home about if nothing else. I found the Hotel Staff as warm and friendly if approached, otherwise, the lack interest in their hotel guests. If looking for very inexpensive lodging, close to the river, you can't go wrong here. I however would prefer to spend a little more nightly and stay at the Prata or New London Hotels.

2.0Our keycard constantly had to be reset. Housekeeping didn’t change all the linens the sink never got wiped down. Our second night in the middle of the night our door was opened because somehow the person working didn’t know our room was taken. Mattress killed my back

Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in.
