8.0The location , facilities in the Krim Centrum like restaurants , super market , gaming for children , the swiming pool and slides were perfect for kids . it was 20 min drive to other parts of islans like den burg and de koog which was very convenient ; also very close to the lighthouse.
− there were a lot of flies in the villa ofcourse coming from outside when windows were open ; there was a humidity smell in the kitchen ; The pool could be a bit cleaner specially the floor of changing cabinets

10.0The accommodation is new, clean, and very spacious. Cars can be parked directly in front of the accommodation, making it convenient to come and go. There is also space to park bicycles right outside the door, making it easy to explore the surrounding area by bike instead of driving.
− There was nothing I didn't like about the accommodation. The only concern was that my kids got bruises after using one of the water slides in the swimming pool. They said they were hit quite hard while going down the slide, which caused the bruising.

Pets are only allowed upon request and a surcharge applies. Payment terms: Payment to De Krim Texel is to be made in two installments of 50%. The first installment is due within 14 days of receiving the confirmation, and the second installment must be settled no later than six weeks before the scheduled arrival. If the arrival date falls within 6 weeks of the reservation, the entire payment must be made within 14 days. If the arrival is scheduled within 14 days after booking, immediate payment is required through iDEAL or credit card.
Costs for kitchen linen and towels (not applicable for Hotel Chalet): - Kitchen linen EUR 8.20 per package - Towels EUR 9.30 per package - Bed linen EUR 12.50. per person.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
