− Trasiga persienner. Dålig AC på rummet - hade behövt en bättre för det var varmt! Dålig frukost utan glutenfritt bröd och dåligt utbud på yoghurt/filmjölk Urtråkig entre till hotellet. Dålig kunskap hos serveringspersonalen vad gäller mat och dryck. Tvätten slängdes på golvet/trappan vid städning. Svårt att gå förbi och ohygieniskt!
