10.0clean spacious room, internet was good, frsh coffee in the morning, grounds were nice, a nice short walk to the river. short walk into market / restaurants.
Neat place with beautiful garden
10.0The room was efficient and clean. The house is surrounded with beautiful garden with fruit trees and animals (roosters might make the early morning call :)). The owners were very nice and let us check out late and wait on the balcony for our ride to airport. Overall good experience.
NIce, relaxing stay
10.0Nice location - 10 minute walk to downtown San Ignacio. Beautiful landscaping - tropical plants, orchids, fruit trees, etc. Owner brought coffee to our door every morning. Goo bathroom, AC, and TV - as needed. Manager helpful in every regard.

10.0This is a no-frills property but clean and friendly. Walking distance to downtown San Ignacio, which has plenty of restaurants. The area is very safe, the property is lush and well kept, and the owner is very helpful with answering questions. Would definitely stay again

10.0The staff was incredibly accommodating with all my questions and requirements, the location is an easy walk to the main tourist part of town and the rooms are clean. No hot water that I could figure out but it was so hot outside, it wasn't necessary.

8.0This is nice basic hotel with excellent customer service. It's a 10-15 minute walk into town, which was fine for us and also keeps the place nice and quiet.
