The hotel was acceptable, but it didn't offer good value for the price.

− The room was very small, which was understandable. However, there was no complimentary water, toothbrush, or other basic amenities. For the price we paid, we expected much better. Providing a small bottle of water and a disposable toothbrush should be a standard courtesy and wouldn't be difficult for a hotel at this price level.
Super small clean room, no drinking water, adequate, but I won't rebook
5.0Brilliant location: The neighbourhood is full of eateries, bars, close enough to Exhibition and Convention Centre, the Causeway Bay shopping area and the business district of Central, you can even walk along the waterfront to Central. There are lots of taxis around and it's only a short walk to the Wan Chai MTR. The room had a comfortable bed and pillows, block-out blinds, cleanliness excellent.
− The room was incredibly small - the smallest room I've ever stayed in. There was no drinking water in the room, paid or free - you can't drink the tap water. The fridge had nothing in it, no big deal but water would have been good. I had to pull the bedside table out to plug my phone charger cable into the power socket. Next time, in the same area, I will book The Empire or The Wharney.

8.0Brilliant location with good transport links nearby. Room well equip with facilities.
− The room was very small. Just about ok for a few nights for two people, but nowhere for a couple of large suitcases except taking up already very limited floor space.
Great location, great stay. I will stay again when I am next in Hong Kong.
10.0The location was great. Easy to get to from the airport and from the hotel to the main visiting sites. The room was great - large, clean. The front desk staff were really helpful.
