10.0Lando è un host eccezionale, fin dal tuo arrivo ti racconta l’isola e dà suggerimenti preziosi sul soggiorno. Location centrale per raggiungere in 5 minuti il centro, frutto della splendida ristrutturazione di un’antica casa liparota.

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, rilassante ma anche ricco di emozioni.
10.0Ottima struttura la posizione è perfetta (vicina al centro ma lontana dal brusio notturno). Camere pulite, il giardino dove viene servita una buona colazione dalla grande Giovanna è bellissimo. Lando il proprietario e gestore del Punta Sallustro all’arrivo al porto era già lì ad attenderci ci ha portato al punto panoramico dell’Osservatorio dove si possono vedere i faraglioni e l’isola di Vulcano. Sempre molto gentile, attento e premuroso con i suoi ospiti. La cura dei particolari, la cura nel mantenere lo stile architettonico dei luoghi, l’attenzione al giardino e alla vegetazione. Le informazioni e i consigli di Lando sono stati il valore aggiunto della nostra permanenza a Lipari, un viaggio nella storia delle Eolie e di Lipari, delle vicende della dimora Punta Sallustro. 10.0Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à Punta Sallustro. L’établissement est très bien situé, proche des ports et du centre-ville, et très calme. La chambre est bien agencée, bien décorée, très propre, et donne sur une cour intérieure. Le propriétaire est présent, serviable, et passionné par l’histoire de Lipari. Nous recommandons à 100%!

9.0Belle expérience. L'hôte a été aux petits soins, que ce soit à notre arrivée comme à notre départ. Après nous avoir récupérés au port, il a enfilé sa casquette de guide et nous a emmenés au plus haut point de l'île pour admirer la vue et nous expliquer la formation de l'archipel. Pour notre départ, il nous a conduits au port à 6h30, ce qui était très confortable. Pour ce qui est de l'établissement, il est parfaitement situé pour profiter de son séjour sur Lipari et découvrir les îles Éoliennes. La chambre était convenable et le petit-déjeuner était bon. Nous recommandons !
− La chambre donnant sur la rue, au rez-de-chaussée, n'était pas très lumineuse et difficile à aérer.
