8.0Super kontakt z właścicielką. Pani prze miła , pomimo wcześniejszego przyjazdu ok 10.00 mogliśmy zostawić bagaż. Pokój czysty, duży , ręczniki , płyny , wszystko na miejscu . Metro i sklepy blisko. Czajnik herbata i kawa dostępna w pokojach . Kuchnia ogólnodostępna dobrze wyposażona. Dostęp na kartę więc nie ma problemu z późnym powrotem .

− Days before our arrival, we requested to cancel the reservation due to the severe flooding in Barcelona and the official red weather alert issued across Catalonia. The property refused to issue a refund, dismissing our concerns by arguing on technicalities that the alert was only active over the weekend and our stay started on Monday, completely ignoring the ongoing disruptions. When we arrived, there was no proper check-in service; we were simply sent a link to handle everything ourselves. The room had an overwhelming, persistent moisture odor that was never disclosed beforehand, yet we were charged full price. We messaged them during business hours to report the issue, but they ignored our message and did not respond until the following day. Even then, they offered no real solution—neither an alternative room nor a refund—only offering to come by and inspect it after leaving us in those conditions overnight. Also beds were so uncomfortable. 10/10 recommendation to avoid!
Great price for a place sleep and to leave luggage safely in room, with friendly staff.
10.0The receptionist was kind and accommodating to me as I arrived early to Barcelona and wanted to drop my luggage while I explored. The room was clean and facilities were readily available for all guest which came in handy when I needed a wine bottle opener.
