Worst hotel I have ever stayed in

− The location of the hotel is very bad if you want to spend time in Chiang Mai! The room I got was very dirty. There were yellow stains on the toilet seat and toothpaste stains in the sink. Just disgusting. I booked the hotel for 3 nights but checked out after the first night. I actually wanted to do this in the afternoon, but then I was rudely told that I had to do this by 12 noon, even though I had paid for 3 nights! It couldn't have been worse!

10.0Great place to stay, close to Mae Rim attractions, with a relaxed, quiet atmosphere. The pool is great for kids to cool off and burn some energy. The staff were lovely and very friendly, although not all staff speak English, which didn't affect our stay. The rooms/house was very spacious and well set-up for families.
