10.0So close to colosseum, lovely restaurants within 1 minute walk. Large bedroom. Fabulous staff, couldn’t do enough for you. Our daughter managed to break her ankle on the first day of our holiday and the staff couldn’t do enough to help. A special thank you to Ryan!!

10.0The hotel itself was good. Working air conditioning, a large room, everything you'd expect. What makes it so excellent is its location. Being across the road from the Colosseum was amazing. Walking back to the hotel every night with the Coloseum lit up was amazing. Had great restaurants nearby. The staff also showed us the roof, where you can get a breathtaking view of Rome, excellent for pictures. It is also a few minutes' walk from the metro station that you can use to get to most other places around Rome.

9.0Great location, right by the Colosseum and metro station. Very helpful and friendly staff. Air conditioning which is essential. Fridge and kettle in room. The hotel was able to arrange a private airport transfer for us.
− It wasn’t clear from the website that breakfast was offsite at a local cafe. The property itself has been a residential flat that’s been converted into hotel rooms. So it isn’t staffed 24hours. There are emergency numbers to call if we needed them.
