10.0Everything we hoped it would be and more. Friendly, very helpful staff and fantastic food and service which started before we arrived. The views across the Exe are stunning and the extensive grounds beautifully kept. We plan to come back next summer so we can use the beautiful pool and croquet lawn. Loved the chilled out vibe in the Poolside restaurant.

6.0Unkept exterior. Carpets stained throughout the property. Room clearly not expected. Attention to detail missing. Also, had to find someone to order a drink on the lawn. Needed a good clean.
