A Perfect Stay in Sarasota!
10.0Our stay at The Westin Sarasota was simply perfect from the moment we arrived. The very first impression made all the difference, and that was thanks to María. She welcomed us with such kindness and warmth that we immediately felt at home. María speaks Spanish, which made us feel comfortable and confident throughout our stay. She patiently answered all of our questions, explained everything step by step, and was always willing to help whenever we needed anything. No matter how many times we came to her, she greeted us with a smile and genuine enthusiasm. She even gave us helpful tips and made sure we had the type of room we wanted. Her exceptional service truly made our vacation even more special. The rooms are beautiful, the views are breathtaking, and we absolutely loved the rooftop, the pool, and the bar area. Everything exceeded our expectations. Additional note: One of the main reasons we chose The Westin Sarasota was because we were traveling with our dog. We were delighted to see how pet-friendly the hotel is. The pet fee was very reasonable, which made it an easy decision to bring our furry family member with us instead of leaving him elsewhere. We truly appreciated how welcome he was made to feel throughout our stay. A hotel can be beautiful, but it's the people who make an experience unforgettable. María was the reason our stay started as a 10 out of 10 from the very beginning. Thank you, The Westin Sarasota, for such an incredible experience. We can't wait to come back!

10.0Amazing Service ! Marcia and Miguel were so helpful. We were traveling with a toddler and the fact that they accommodated all Our request and even left us treats was such a nice touch ! Hands down the best customer service. Oh and roof top bar / pool 10/10!
