− Room was very basic although clean was quite clinical, didn't like the way bathroom was, water all over wet room which also housed the wc Towels were old no facial tissues in room Parking also had be in nearby car park which was £13.75 per day, nothing in near vicinity
Bed room is very basic but with the other amenities I think definitely value for money.
7.0The location is excellent, in a quiet street, near restaurants and shops . The shared pleasant sitting room and kitchen are in good order.
− I discovered my bedroom was on the top floor, I had failed to notice there was no lift. I am not keen on shower only rooms, no grab rails. The bed side lamp was very awkward size and difficult to switch on and off. Needs replacing. I saw no member of staff during my two day stay. Had no contact number if any emergency. It was like being in a ghost house but great for those who seek peace and quiet.

4.0Great location, our room was spacious and clean
− There was nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom. We were there in July and our room, number 4, was exceptionally hot. We were driven out by 9am and couldn’t really go back to late afternoon. The room got the morning sun and retained the heat.
Very easy to access was immaculate the large kitchen and lounge was fabulous and had all facilities in contact was easy
