10.0The staff were so kind and helpful. This place is BEAUTIFUL. We stayed here as a stop over in Quito before we traveled to Galapagos for our honeymoon and did not expect much, but it was just amazing, the grounds are so well looked after, the facilities are also a plus we used LUM Spa massage and jacuzzi one of the days which was great and the gym and pool are so clean and everything so close by. Strongly recommend this place. Breakfast also so nice, they pay attention to detail.

− We don’t want to sound picky as the place is really lovely but the outside afternoon table service that we experienced was poor - Sat outside for drinks and waitress introduced herself saying she would be looking after us but after our first drink we never saw her again . No member of staff revisited our table . We had to go inside twice to ask for service with a total wait time of approx 20 mins to take our order. I’d like to think this was a one off .
Beautiful green property near Quito airport
8.0It's a beautiful, fairly peaceful location. Can hear the airplanes arriving at the airport, but not a problem. The room was beautiful and pretty comfortable. The restaurant had good food.
− The sky light in the bathroom made it quite hot and it was angled straight at the vanity, so heat on you when using the mirror. Lighting in the room was a bit dim. No overhead light. Restaurant service was a little slow. Evening server was great, but morning one didn't speak much english. It is a 30 min drive from the airport.
