6.0Hotel was clean and tidy. Staff were very co-operative and care taking. Breakfast for vegetarians were not at all great. I ate bread and butter and some fruits. Fried rice was prepared by chef but was average. Coffee experience was awesome. No swimming pool and activities for kids at all. Outside of Hotel is not so great … location is very average.
Not worth at the price point.
6.0Bathroom was in bad condition; toulet seat was broken, door latch was not working, and there was no curtain so bathroom was getting in a mess. Sofa-bed was in terrible state; bed spring were poking.

6.0The sofa bed was dirty but the hotel was able to provide me a bed sheet to cover the dirt.. toilets were not very clean.. buffet so so.. i hope they would improve on those aspects

4.0Wrong room type was provided by hotel due to the incorrect information provided by Expedia. Not able to resolve on site with no support from Expedia during night time.

10.0I lost my wallet in the hotel, staff was patient and accommodating and found back my wallet with proper honesty. It’s definitely a worthwhile stay with integrity
