1.0Een heel verdrietig verblijf! Medewerkers zijn onvoorstelbaar ongeïnteresseerd en lijken zich totaal niet om de gasten te bekommeren! Gasten worden niet begroet en er kan geen lachje vanaf! Men heeft geen idee wat het is om gasten een fijn verblijf te geven! Kamer meerdere malen niet schoon gemaakt, zelfs niet na meerdere verzoeken. Minibar 4 dagen niet bijgevuld! Roomservice zeer beperkt wat betreft tijden. In de middag en avond geen koffie of ander drinken te verkrijgen! Wees voorbereid! Je voelt je hier "Like a stranger in Moscow!" Echt een vreselijke ervaring! Onvoorstelbaar dat dit hotel de naam Inter Continental mag voeren dat juist bekend staat om uitmuntende service en gastvrijheid!
