1.0Location is close to a sports complex
− Staff unknowledgeable and unhelpful at check in. Room was EXTREMELY loud all night with interstate traffic sounds, and housekeeping location of doing laundry most of the night.
I was double charged and stil haven’t received refund. Was told manager would call me and they never reached out.no one

5.0Comfortable beds.
− Refrigerator door broke. Cricket and spider in room. Holes in walls patched poorly. Pieces of building flew off during storm. Looked older than 8 years old.
I feel like it gets worse every time I come back. Sad.
3.0Early check in.
− Room wasn’t fully clean, internet was not working (had to use my own hotspot), pool was not usable because it was so nasty, coffee thing was left in the dispenser, the lady refused us gravy at 8:21am. Said what’s there is what was there. Just not pleasant at all. Especially for the amount I pay to stay here and I’m a repeat customer.
