We had a nice family beach trip

We liked the location , the amenities, and the beach trolley . We liked that it had three bedrooms and was very near the beaches. We really liked how communicative the host was and how they responded quickly to some minor issues we had , The place was good .

− The place really needs a thorough cleaving , the commodes need to be updated , and there are things in the whole collection condo , as well that needs updating . There was not one pan to cook like a pizza or biscuits on . I don’t think you need tons of dishes just seemed like it could have been Better . The screen door going out to the patio gave us loads of trouble , we did not mention it to the host because there were other minor things that went on that needed the host’s attention. It was not a bad place but could be great if there was some attention to detail , some updates and a good major cleaning ,

It was quiet. Everything was very clean!!! So enjoyable to have this unit for the week!!! This is our second time to Beachside Villas. Our last visit was eight years ago. Both times were very enjoyable.

− Some of the outlets either didn’t work or wouldn’t hold the plug in the outlet. The sleeper sofa wasn’t what we were expecting. We thought a sleeper meant a fold away bed, a full size mattress. The screen door in the master suite didn’t slide. Some extra items in the kitchen would have been nice. There weren’t any hot pads or pot holders. A salt and pepper set would have been nice. The Teflon pans have scrapes and weren’t usable. Dish soap and hand soap by the sink would have been nice.

Great condo for families. Good space for all.

False Advertising and Fraud

I reserved a condo with a “private beach” AS ADVERTISED. when we arrived at the beach, we were approached by a man named Lee. He said we were trespassing on their “private beach” and said we needed to go to the public beach. I contacted the Panhandle Getaway right away and they confirmed that yes, we are to use a public beach. This is false advertising. You misled the consumer, us, into booking a condo with no private beach. We had to walk or take a golf cart. Our vacation was ruined since we got there. I asked over and over to be let in the condo and they refused. The condo was ready since we got there. We were so hot and tired and they refused, sending a new entry code at 3:54 pm. I will be filing a complaint against hotels.com and Panhandle Getaways for false advertising and fraud!

I liked that it was 3 bedroom. I didn't like the roach I saw or that it didn't have a view of the beach like the pictures showed.

Laud place with no internet and no sea view

No internet for 3 nights and no one came to fixed it. Unit was for sale Old kitchen cabinets No Sea View like they market on website. You can hear neighbors upstairs when they go to bathroom and walk all the time Corner unit no privacy you can hear everyone walking in talking No coffee kurig we walk to a coffee shop Bring your big shampoos and conditioner!
