10.0Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel et avons été très bien accueillis, dès l'arrivée du train, par le personnel de l'hôtel. La chambre était confortable et disposait d'une bouilloire avec du thé. Et de la chaide avec une bonne pression.

2.0The hotel itself was just fine. The room was clean and had a nice hot shower. Our issue was with a member of the staff; Leo. He stopped us on the way in after dinner (hours after check-in) and began telling us that breakfast (which states it is included on the Expedia website) was going to be 20 soles per person. Confused, we showed him that on the Expedia website it notes that all rooms include free breakfast. After some back-and-forth, he finally agreed to honor what the booking states. If all rooms did not include free breakfast, it should be noted on the website or told to us before we paid for the rooms at check-in. We felt like we were trying to be taken advantage of. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are so many other options. The rest of the staff was just fine.

10.0Nice hotel. Good location right behind the train station. 2 minute walk from the main road. Perfect for families or anyone else. Comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Laundromat 50 feet away as well.

8.0We were in Peru for 16 days. This is only hotel which has an elevator and two out of eight hotels which have refrigerator & air conditioning
