4.0Minha experiência nesta estadia, foi bom mas o restaurante serviu arroz cru duro demais para comer. Atendimento do restaurante nao foi muito amigável poderia melhorar mais atendimento ao cliente. Recepção nao informou na hora do check in as orientação do cafe da manha, poderia ter mais dialago ao cliente está e minha experiência

6.0Ja pra comecar, meu marido q estava no carro com as pets teve q descer pra assinar a hospedagem, sendo q em todos os outros locais eu assino como responsavel tb. Nada nos foi apresentado do local. Pedi um quarto sem barulho pq as pets latem com barulho e me colocaram num quarto onde uma crianca ficava passando e atiçando as pets. Cama de casal com colchao duro. Edredon branco com cara de encardido. A tampa do vaso sanitario havia resquicio de sujeira de alguem q estava menstruada e borrou a tampa e o papel higienico em volta tb estava manchado. Restaurante com funcionarios q nem faziam questao de atender. Enfim...o local é ate bonito, mas nada hospitaleiro.
